Deliveries can be arranged to anywhere in the world.

Australian deliveries are normally sent by selected Courier service.
International deliveries by arrangement at time of purchase.

We endeavour to provide the best possible discounted shipping cost to your location.
Within Australia
The best Shipping Option is automatically calculated to you Delivery Address.


Note: Courier deliveries can only be made to addresses (usually Businesses) open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
As the need for re-delivery will incur delays and extra cost we suggest that non business customers may like to arrange and specify a nearby business address for delivery.

All purchases are ex warehouse.
The risk in the goods and all insurance responsibility for theft, damage or otherwise in respect of the goods will pass to the purchaser immediately on dispatch.

Receival
Purchasers are required to inspect parts on arrival to ensure complete delivery of the parts the customer requested.
CalOffroad does not accept liability for products not being fitted correctly.

Purchasers should note that products are constantly improving.
Consequently Products delivered may differ from time to time, in Colour, Size and/or Detail, from those pictured on these web pages.

Product Return
CalOffroad cannot accept products returned after purchase except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Any request for consideration for a product return must be received by CalOffroad within 24HRS of receipt of the products by the purchaser.
Parts that have been soiled, installed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted.Parts ordered as a custom fitment will not be accepted

Where CalOffroad agrees to accept a return:
A return authorisation code will be issued. This authorisation code must be clearly written on the package and the goods must be returned and delivered to CalOffroad within 7 days of the return being approved.
Any refund will be in the form of a credit to be used for other CalOffroad products.any refund approved does not include freight of the original purchase or return. all shipping costs / packaging / labour etc are at the expense of the purchaser.
A restocking/handling fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will be charged.
